I have my own motto where I say " if you don't talk about then it will not stay alive" but the only flaw with this theory is that not talking about it make it even harder to forget because that is all I think about. sweeping it under the rug will not heal the pain, instead I am covering a wound that needs immediate care but I just simply hide it while it is rotting on the inside.
