Each of My cats and their story. 

why did I get each of them? 

Each cat that I own has a back story and I connected with them on a deeper level before I agree to bring them home.

Archie: I got him in 2021 when I was extremely depressed and my face was breaking out really bad. My self esteem was really low, I hated looking at myself in the mirror or in pictures; I would cry myself to sleep and I felt sooo alone around that time. I have been looking for a kitten since 2018 but every time I thought I found one the cat either got adopted or ran away. I thought I was sooo unlucky so I gave up, then came January of 2021 my cousin’s wife ask me if I wanted a kitten out of nowhere and she showed me pictures of the cutest kittens I have ever seen! I was like yes! I want one and she gave me the phone number of the person selling the kittens. I set up a time for pick up and I remember this day very well! I went to pick Archie up 2 hours away from my house on a Saturday; I was super excited and I brought a pineapple bed for him so that I could tuck him inside but would still be able to pet him while I drive :) Archie slept the whole ride home and he was very quiet. I fell in love with this beautiful kitten right away, I brought him in my room and he would always stays in my room with me every time I come home from work.

Archie’s life: I started to notice that he would attack my hands when I touch his tail and I didn’t know the reason behind it until one day I paid close attention and I realize that his tail was broken! And immediately I understood his pain because he suffered a traumatic event as a baby and somehow his tail got broken. I stopped trying to touch his tail and let him choose when I could touch it because he started to trust me more and would whack me With his beautiful tail for me to touch it in a way that was him telling me «  hey it’s okay you can touch my tail » because he suffered as a baby that made me love him even more and understood his pain. He also struggle to trust others, he loves being alone but he’s really sweet and affectionate when he wants to be. I have to give him space because he does not like too much attention. 

Pixie: I know the exact date and time pixie was born because Archie’s sister is his mother; when I first saw pixie I fell in love with him out of all his siblings because he had a huge forehead lol and I remember when I was a kid people use to tease me about my forehead but I did grow into it. Pixie is really weird but I love him because of that ! We are alike lol he does his own thing! He loves to play, he sits weird ! He’s extremely nice and cuddly; he is the cutest and the easiest cat. I love him

Sooooo much! I love his little face and he has the softest fur coat. 

Selie: I got her recently but when I met her I fell in love instantly because she was the odd one. Her owner told me that she was not affectionate, doesn’t like being picked up and she’s always in her own little world ( just like me!) she is actually really sweet and she is affectionate when she trust you. I love her because she is exactly like me! You would think that she’s not nice or not affectionate but she is the sweetest! She loves to play with pixie and she is very patient with Archie. She’s extremely independent, she eats when she wants to and do things when she feels like it. I got her because she is just like me and I love it lol
