Women who let themselves go in a relationship. 

I am not here to bash women but I am here to empower both men and women but we have to talk about this…

I remember not too long ago I wrote that if I am too comfortable in my relationship I will break up with my partner and some people probably didn’t I understand what I meant; but clearly I did have a point. If I stop focusing on the right things as I did when I was single then something is definitely not right because I am supposed to keep growing and moving forward not going backwards. Some women come into a relationship looking so beautiful and fit only to let themselves go once they get a ring! Why not keep up with your outer beauty? Why did you stop dressing up? Why did you stop doing your hair? When you have a man it doesn’t mean that you have him forever you have to work to keep your man because things can change at any given moment. 

Now if you struggle with your mental health, I know it can be tough and I am not judging you but please take some time for yourself to self reflect and try therapy. 

When men says “she changed” once I married her they meant to say she stopped trying! She stop taking care of herself or she stopped caring for her man as she did in the beginning. When you get married it doesn’t give you a pass to start dressing like a grandma ! Stay the way you were when your man found you! That’s why he got with you in the first place! Have a self care routine and still take care of yourself!

Ladies you can still be the beautiful woman when you get married you don’t have to become the serious respectable woman. You can still be hot and fun! You don’t have to act all serious and important. Life is already hard as it is! Have fun! Live life enjoy your partner and keep taking care of yourself ;)
