Believe it or not some people find me intimidating and rude! But no because I am

A woman and I stand up for myself so for that I am classified as rude! No I’m not! I am very ocd about my needs. I don’t like change, if there’s too many change I will leave. If something was working why change it? I can tell when someone is using their power to make others miserable. I don’t stand for that! it’s inappropriate! It’s unprofessional.
