Mistreatment in the marriage. 

The topic I am about to discuss is very delicate please read with caution.

I am not married nor have I ever been married but I have friends who are married and I wish them all the happiness in the world with their spouses. Today when I got home from the meeting I watch a very disheartening video about a woman who left her husband because something horrible happened. The woman has 4 children I believe two girls both 2 and 4 years old and she has two older boys. 

She’s been married for quite some time and I must say she’s very beautiful! So educated, so well spoken and well dressed. She used to always make videos about how to attract a man, how to get the ring… I never watch those videos because I always think that they’re useless. Everyone has a different experience with love, I am extremely weird lol so what will work on another woman will not work for me, I’ve never even cared to date anyone yet. Back to the story this is not about my boring dating life, she made a video 2 days ago explaining to her audience why she has been absent for so long and how she left her husband a month ago. Before this video I have never seen her on my screen but after that video I went and scan through all the things she used to post. She was very proud of her “rich husband” but it wasn’t all roses and flowers as she made it seemed. She explain that the man raped her 4 times in just a couple of months into their marriage! I was enraged! Why are men so cruel?! This is why I hate men! Well not all men but some men are horrible. She said  even after that happened she kept trying to move past it ( I will speak on this later but I must get through her story) she then proceeded to say one day while she was changing her 4 year old daughter she realize her daughter had red marks in her genitalia and she was sensitive down there immediately she knew someone touched her daughter so she politely asked “baby did someone touched you” the little girl answered “it was daddy” immediately she felt her world came crashing down but she advised her daughter not to say anything to her father, because she had to wait for him to get home with her other children because he was picking them up from school. When they got home she gathered all her kids and she told her husband that she was going shopping, then she went straight to the police. The police then escorted her to the hospital with the kids to examine the kids when she got there she found out her husband was touching both of her little girls ( ugh I’m crying writing this) what a monster. I assumed her husband was arrested but she didn’t say if he was.

My thoughts 

As the lady said she herself went through something similar as a child, she was abused and she knows all the signs so she was very strict with her kids but she forgot to

look inside her home because while she was sleeping the monster was hurting her kids. I will be strict with my kids when I have them, especially girls. I will not allowed my kids to sleep over at anyone’s house, I will not allow them to sit on any strangers or men’s lap even if I know you my kid can sit on a chair she doesn’t need to be on your lap. Do not kiss my kid on the lips, do not hold my kid under her dress, do not touch her hair or her face if you’re a man. I’m sorry I just don’t want any man whom I don’t trust around my daughter. Poor lady I feel her, but she should’ve seen the red flag in the beginning when he raped her. It’s so easy to say but that’s your spouse you supposed to satisfy their needs but she’s not a sex slave! She doesn’t always have to be at your disposal. Some people are less sexually stimulated than others, if they say no then it’s NO don’t force it! If they’re sleeping don’t try anything because that’s rape! Remember this act needs to be consensual whether married or not.
