  • France getting eliminated at the Euros yesterday by Spain does not surprise me! the players are tired! they only scored 3 goals in the euro! Mbappe was injured and had to wear a mask in order to play which caused his vision to be limited.
  • Kolomuani sucks at PSG but always manage to strive in equipe de France, I feel bad for him you can see how disappointed he is for not being good at PSG, I want to give him a hug :( I hope next season is better for him if not I can totally see him in the premier league not la Liga because it might be too much for him.
  • Lamine Yamal is only 16 years old and already playing for Spain! I guess he's not going back to school because he said if he reached the final, he will not be going back to school :) lol I can't believe this! lol he's not even done hitting puberty.
  • people need to stop comparing Ethan Mbappe to his older brother Kylian because they are not the same! Kylian is rare but Ethan has the potential to be good if he keeps working hard, I cannot wait to see them play together at the next world cup maybe?

Comparison is the thief of joy.

If you’re just starting your fitness journey like me then you might compare your progress with someone else’s and I am here to tell you to never do that. I did that before, I  have been trying to get my fitness journey started since 2021! I even got myself a personal trainer but after a few sessions I gave up because I was in it for the wrong reason. I wanted to look good right away not knowing before I even get to that point there are various steps that I needed to take.

For starters abs aren’t made only in the gym, it’s made in the kitchen as well. You have to eat right to get better results, you can work out every single day but if you’re not eating right and eating enough proteins you will not see any progress! I was not ready to be patient, I wanted results right away. When you’re starting your fitness journey you have to be in it to feel good! Stop looking in the mirror daily or checking the scale every day. You have to keep working out even on the days you feel like giving up, the days you want to stay home and not go out. You have to push yourself even if you don’t see the results you want because it takes time! Never compare your 1 month journey with someone’s 2 years journey because it will never be the same and you will not look the same.

The thing is we all have certain genes that we were born with. Some of us were born to have a big booty and others didn’t but that doesn’t mean you won’t be able to achieve it in the gym. You can create a big booty from scratch in the gym. You have to be patient, you have to eat enough and you have to push yourself past your limit. Be gentle with yourself always, motivate yourself daily because no one else will.

Dermatologist.

I’ve seen a lot of people using homemade soap by complete strangers on their face and it’s dangerous! Those soaps might do you dirty!

I am not here to say that we shouldn’t support small businesses but we need to be be careful of what we use on our skin. My skincare routine is very simple, I just use a sunscreen daily and at night I use a vegan serum that is soooo gentle on my skin that  it’s more like a moisturizer. I can’t use harsh ingredients on my  face because my face is sooo sensitive and soooo soft too lol ;)

But I’ve seen people use Kojic acid soap to get rid of hyperpigmentation and I bought one a couple years ago when I was struggling with my skin and it made my skin worse! Also tumeric is bad for my skin. Kojic acid get rid of the melanin in your skin and creates even more hyperpigmentation, it also breaks the skin barrier! Is that what you want?! Trust me you should use trusted products that dermatologist recommend sure it will take a while before you see results but all good things take times but soon enough your skin will be glowing. You should be scared of anything that is quick and easy because what’s the catch?

Dating tips #1

This is the number one rule in the book for anyone especially for girls since I am a girl and I am more familiar with us.

If you’re dating a guy and he’s telling you “ I don’t normally go for girls with short hair but you look amazing with yours” run! Let me explain. He will start with your physical appearance first, he might say “ i wish you were taller but you’re cute” girl listen he will start there first and then he will start taking jab at your personality I’ve had a man who I wanted to date tells me “all my exes were more outgoing than you” when he said that I knew it wouldn’t work because what do you mean by that?! You knew I was introverted when you met me even if at times I do show signs of extroversion but you knew what I like to do for fun. It was my mistakes because I always pick guys who are more extroverted than me only because I love their fun sides and I can’t stand pure introverts they’re boring ugh! but sometimes it might be hard for me to keep up with the extroverted people if they want to make plans everyday because baby I need a break, you can’t be in my face everyday. Anyways back to the story, although I really liked the guy but I knew it was my cue to go because being part introverted is my personality ! So I told him let’s not continue, he was shocked because he knew I liked him and he told me he liked me too. You know why I did that? It’s because men are delusional just like us girls but in a more superficial way they believe they will find the girl of their dreams with all the physical appearance they want in a girl one day,  and if he keeps pointing out things about you that you cannot change then you’re  not his dream girl! Which is fine because when you’re someone’s dream girl he will not want to change anything about you even if he had the chance to do it because he will loves you just the way you are. If he had to pick you again he will do it again and again. When you’re not his dream girl, he will walk around still hoping to find what he’s looking for. Save your tears and just walk away baby girl. You will find love someday but this guy who has a problem with your style, looks or personality is not it.

Fit.

For weight management here’s a few recommendations but before I give you the 411 I must tell you I am not a fitness guru nor am I a nutritionist; I am struggling just like you even if I don’t look like it! I just have a positive attitude that’s all.

  • I recommend meal prepping for the week that will help you to figure out what you’re going to eat for lunch and breakfast because the first meal of the day is extremely important. I am not a big breakfast eater but I realize I must eat in the morning so that I am not too hungry by lunchtime!
  • Have a nutritious breakfast and lunch; try to eat more proteins than unhealthy carbs.
  • After a work out have a smoothie to replenish your muscles, especially  after an intense work out, you’re going to need a good protein shake for muscle growth because remember we are losing weight but we still want muscles to look tone and beautiful.
  • Work out 4-5 days a week and really focus each day on different muscle groups for example: for me  everyday I do cardio on the treadmill for 30 minutes  and 1 hour on the stair master ( this one is not for the weak! I usually watch something I enjoy like Mbappé highlights or Haaland highlights or I watch the stromae live concert he did in Montreal years ago it was soooo amazing but anyway back to the stair master I worked my way up to do 1 hour on it but I started out by doing just 5-20 minutes and now it’s easier for me to stay, this machine tones out your whole body and help you lose excess fat) but on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays I do core work outs, ab work outs, and back work outs, also work out my quads. Fridays and Saturdays I do leg day and glutes work out. Actually I do little glute work outs some of the other days but without weights because you need to let your muscle rest for them to grow if you’re constantly work out a muscle daily it will not grow as you want it to, it might even shrink!
  • Sleep for 8 hours daily! You need sleep to work out and feel energized.
  • Make sure you’re not hungry before a work out, eat something 1 or 2 hours before because if you don’t have enough energy you won’t perform well.

I don’t mean to brag well actually I am not bragging because this really happened this week! And I was smiling from ear to ear.

I helped someone write a professional letter for a job this week and that person told me “wow you’re really good at this!” When that person told me that I was moved! I was soooo happy to hear that it was the best compliment I’ve ever gotten this year! I love it when people compliment my writing! I have been writing since I was a little girl. I had my first diary at 5 years old, I don’t have it my mother has it. Now. When I read it again in my teenage years it was the cutest thing! I always loved to read and write; if I could do one thing in life it would be writing! I’ve always wanted a writing job. I do document a lot in my job but I want to write stories :) that’s all I want to do in life make people happy with my stories.

Types of people I can’t stand !

Ugh. I don’t hate them I just can’t stand when they do these things.

  • People who never answer their text. You’re not a celebrity I know you saw my text, I understand if you’re busy and you reply late but leaving my text sitting there for a few days is insane! You’re not even that cool just answer the damn text.
  • People who talk loud during an important meeting. Gee does the speaker bore you? Can you leave the room to have that discussion. It’s obnoxious, rude, classless and disrespectful to the other people who want to listen to the speaker.
  • People who touch me without my consent. I’ve said this 100 of times I don’t like being touched by random strangers or people I’m not too close with! Don’t hug me, don’t grab my waist I don’t know you! The people who can hug me know who they are. If you’re not on that list please stay away from my body.
  • People who mistreat animals. You’re a psychopath I don’t care who you are ! If you beat an innocent dog or cat or any small animals there is a safe place for you in hell oh wait there’s no hell and I don’t even believe in hell but trust me you will be dealt with.
  • People who touch my hair. If you don’t have my consent please don’t even touch my hair or any black women hair! It’s rude.
