friends
I will be very honest in this; I am a very blunt person, and I am also an empath so I know what will hurt someone so if I choose to say it that means it needed to be said.
I am not a very good friend right now; I don't feel like I am. I would want to apologize to all of my friends, but when I am going through a lot I don't want to talk to anyone and so I ignore them and if it's someone who is not my friend but who is bothering me, I will block you; I have no patience and that is something I am praying Jehovah for.
I am never afraid to let go of anyone, that the sigma in me. I can be your friend today and strangers tomorrow; but I only act like that if:
1) you hurt me or made me cry and I realize the friendship is not good for me.
2) you lied to me! I could be in love with you but if you lie to me about something serious then we're done. I forgive you but we're done because I hate betrayal. I am the most loyal person you'll ever meet, if I am your friend no one can talk bad about you while I am there, I will protect you, fight for you, stand with you, love you unconditionally, I will help you, always one phone call away and if I am your girl don't worry about any other guy except Mbappe lol, when I like someone everyone else just seem dull ... I am so loyal that I am even faithful to my crush who didn't even like me back !
3) if I get the slightest hint that you're using me or don't even care about my feelings then I am gone. I don't have time to ask why? or ask you to care for me... that should be natural and if you don't care then why should I consider you a friend?
I had this person I was talking to for maybe 4 months, and he was a guy and for a while now I have been meaning to unfollow him on Instagram because I felt the energy was off. Like I said I am an empath I can sense a lot of things and I felt something was wrong, so I went to investigate... I saw that throughout our whole conversations he never once asked me how I am doing! he never even cared to ask about my wellbeing!! and you think I will keep you around? If I see him again, I will say hi but that's about it.
I am not heartless; on the contrary I have a big heart, and this is why I am protecting myself. I love hard and I care a lot but when I stop caring it's over, I will not care anymore.

What has helped my acne?
First of all if you want clear skin while struggling with acne you need to be patient.
- You need a skin care routine but don’t overdo it ! If you have cystic acne or hormonal acne go see a dermatologist. That’s what I did; my dermatologist gave me a bunch of advice on how to take care of my skin and also prescribed me with creams and she did prescribed me some pills but I never took them because I was scared of the side effects plus my acne was improving with just the creams so I didn’t think it was necessary for me to take the pills. But if you go see a dermatologist and your acne is not improving right away don’t be discouraged because it took me 6 months to see some results, use all the prescriptions as prescribed and do your own research as well. Your dermatologist may prescribed you something because they think it might work but you’re the one whose applying it to your skin so if you don’t think it’s working then STOP! Because if you don’t your acne will not improve and you will just cause more irritations. Report any symptoms to your doctor because there are side effects to all prescriptions so it is your job to watch closely how you are reacting to the treatment.
- Stay away from people telling you how to take care of your skin. What might work for someone else may not work for you, trust your gut and speak to your dermatologist or seek medical advice online. Curology is not so bad it’s cheap, it’s online and I did find some relief with my acne but if you want long term results I suggest seeking a dermatologist in your area.
- Always wear sunscreen, never use too many products at once 2 is enough 3 is probably too much when you have acne because you will clog your pores and cause irritation.
- Follow dermatology account on Insta for tips and watch YouTube videos from trusted dermatologist to get further knowledge about your situation.
- Take pictures of your progress. You may not see progress when you look at your skin in the mirror daily but if you take pictures you will see how far your skin has come and it will motivate you to keep putting the hard work.
- Drink lots of water! I drink 64 oz of water daily well some days I don’t! But I really try to always drink water because not only does it help your skin but it helps your kidney function as well as flushing out toxins in your blood stream so always opt for a glass of water as soon as you wake up.
- Don’t touch your face! Your hands are dirty and you touch all kinds of things so putting your hands on your face will not only cause breakouts but also irritate your skin.
- it took guts for me to share the picture on the left because I was extremely depressed and i felt hopeless but I did push through. I was patient with my skin and did the best that I could and now I have beautiful glowing skin! It is a work in progress but I thank God for how far I’ve come! I used to pray daily for my skin to clear and I use to cry myself to sleep. I never looked in the mirror and I stop going out to see people. I felt trapped and I just wanted to disappear… Jehovah was there with me even when I cried he listened to my plead and helped me to be strong ❤️

My morning routine:
- Wake up with google home telling me about the weather.
- Cuddling session with my 2 cats for maybe 5 minutes sometimes I wake up earlier just to cuddle with them for a while.
- Read the daily text before I get out of bed.
- Read some verses in the Bible (take notes)
- Pray
- Feed my cats + brush them + give them fresh water for the day
- Shower
- Pick out my clothes + get dressed
- Brew my coffee
- Pack my coffee in my bubba cup to go
- Pack my lunch + breakfast
- Out the door
- I don’t have time to eat at home lol because I use up all the time to cuddle with my cats.

Psg!
This team is the best! I love it even more this season. Last season I was very disappointed because we had Neymar and Messi but we couldn’t even go far in the Champions League! We even lost the French Cup like how sad is that? We were close to losing the title for ligue1 I was soooo mad and disappointed.
But this PSG! Is amazing and everyone is saying that because every player on the team is playing no one is walking but instead they all move around to get the ball, They play forward now which give them a better chance to score, every player has been making an effort. They play like a team like it should be, everyone is scoring! Just like Manchester city! This team is exciting and I love watching their match because I know they will score it just a matter of how many goals!
The new coach is doing something amazing with this team! Mbappe is on fire and we have a good defense now! We have a young team mostly under 25 which means we are faster, stronger and overall amazing!
I’m watching the game as we speak and before halftime they scored 4 goals it's been a while since I’ve seen this.
I am proud of this psg team and I cannot wait to see them grow together :)

Things I do to make my life easier.
- Using DoorDash for my groceries; I hate going to the grocery store and I rather be home on my couch shopping for all the things I need and save a lot as well because I have time to look all the products they have and I can choose the affordable ones. It feels great to get all my stuff on my doorstep especially my cats food and litter, I just get all of that stuff delivered to me when I want them and I can pick a time to get delivered by. It’s great.
- Installing mini twist in my hair because I hate doing my hair and it helps me save time because I get to work on time and I don’t have to worry about detangling my hair often. It really grows my hair and I love it.
- Cooking on the week end. I meal prep for the week and it feels great because I don’t have to cook when I get back from work. I get to rest and do other things.
