I am not talking about Gen z because I am part of that, I am talking about the 10-year-olds! why are 10-year-olds girls buying from Sephora??? when I was 10 years old, I did not have a cell phone and I wasn't even allowed to wear lip glosses that shine! My mom never allowed me to get close to a face powder let along foundation or even aging creams! those kids are buying retinol? why? where are their parents?
I was just recently introduced to retinol because I suffered from severe acne and my dermatologist prescribed it temporarily to help repair my skin and quite frankly, I don't need it anymore! when I used it I felt like I was just shedding skin for a newer one which is fine but why do those kids feel like they need that? their pores aren't even opened yet. They don't even have acne yet; I just don't understand why they're using heavy makeup; to cover what??
