those question online for example : does he like me if he gives me a hug? honestly, I stopped asking questions like that since college because attraction and love varies for everyone! for example the internet might say: does he make plans with you? does he talk about the future or deeper topics? does he make an effort to see you? all of those questions are valid. I think if that person does all those things it shows deep attraction but take me as an example I don't do any of these and I may be head over heels in love!

so someone can like you or even love you but still do nothing. But you deserve better you deserve a guy that pursue you, I am a girl so if I do nothing it's fine. I won't chase a guy if he doesn't come to me first, even then I will just meet him where he is at nothing less and nothing more. if he raise it to a 100 I will reaise my effort to 100 as well, tit for that. But if we're married that changes everything he could be at 30% and I will be 94% that's fine, he's forever mine and I am forever his. If we're just dating, anything can change at any given moment this is not forever. A ring and marriage seal the deal.

well technically I work out 7 days a week now but on Sundays I take it easy it's more of an active rest day, I either walk for 1 hour on the treadmill or I jog a little. I will take more jogs in the morning especially on Sundays. I am trying to run 3 times a week ugh...I don't know how I will achieve that because my schedule is already packed with my gym sessions at 5 am but let see because I also want to join a running club but I need to train more in other to get better, faster and lighter.

I am shopping around for new running shoes it's between Hoka or New Balance FuelCell Rebel v5. I love new balance all my gym shoes are new balance.

my morning goes:

I wake up at 4:24am

shower

drink a glass of water with lemon

have a to go protein shake

pray

start working out by 5:10am

done by 6:50am

shower

do daily text

get Starbucks + pack lunch and breakfast

get to work by 8am

journal before I get in (I like to journal before I start the day and another page at night if I am not too tired or if something interesting happen)

I had one day to cry yesterday well I cried for like 5 minutes and took a 4 hours nap, woke up and read for the remainder of the day. but today we lock in and we're back to normal. To me yesterday did not happened, we will make the best of today... and we move on.

My husband’s wife was mind boggling! At times I had to put the book down and talk to the wall like “ what just happened” or what did I just read?” It took me a day to read it. I needed to escape from my mind and that book was a great escape.

It’s a well written and beautiful novel and there was a lot of characters. Some died midway and I’m like wow they even described how they’re dying in that moment. I realize this author always write about conflict in a marriage, the man is always up to no good and the wife always seek revenge! In this book the husband didn’t die but there was 2 different wives but one died! I mean talk about drama. The daughter Gabriella is certainly creepy and I don’t trust her. I don’t think Eden the first wife tried to kill her at all when she was 8 years old. That girl (the daughter) strike me as someone with bipolar, obsessive tendencies because the way she hates all her dad’s wives even her own mom is crazy. Poor Birdy the real wife Gabriella’s mom she’s my favorite character in the book. She brought the story to life. Plain Jane being the one who killed Eden was not in my bingo card because she was introduced later on as Carter’s wife but she saw Carter kissing Eden through a crack in the door so she thought it was Eden but it Mary ! Mary works in the manor that Gabriella was staying. Gabriella had an accident when she was 8 years old and she stopped talking so they send her to a rehabilitation center and Mary worked there. Surprisingly Mary looked just like Eden the second wife ! Mary pose as Eden to trick her and then Birdy the first wife was supposed to seek revenge for what Eden apparently did to Gabriella but Jane got there first!

Insane. I read the last chapter thinking then who killed Eden? And then Jane started speaking about how and why she did it! Crazy

I hope I don’t meet any crazy woman who’s obsessed with their boyfriends thinking I want their man because the only thing I want right now is peace. And men bring no peace.

how am doing? normally when someone ask me that question I know they don't really want to know how I am really doing so I tell them I am fine. But since I am here, I can somewhat be honest. My cut is actually going well, I lost 3 pounds already, and I want to keep going. My goal is to lose 10 pounds before or during the summer, and I think I am on the right track.

So, how am I really doing?

I feel so alone, so lost. I need someone, anyone. I would even hug a stranger today. I want someone to listen, even if what I say doesn't really make sense. I have been feeling this way since last month. But today I took the day off at work as a mental health day... just to feel and cry. I have been feeling numb for so long, and now it's catching up to me. I reached out to this guy who had a huge crush on me (his words not mine) today after I told him that I don't want him. I didn't reach out to him because I regretted my decision. When I made that decision, I took everything into account, and I never go back on my decision after I let a guy go. I reached out to him because we connected mentally. I wish he were my friend. He listened to me, and that was the only good thing. I wanted someone to talk to, but it's not fair because I let him go. After he texted me back I kept the conversation short because, yes, that was a mistake, and I don't want him to think I changed my mind because I didn't. How did we get here? I am deflecting. I am trying to avoid what's really going on, so I went and bothered the guy. I need to sit down and think.

by tomorrow I should be fine but today I need to cry and mourn the person I used to be.
