she did it once again, she successfully dated a beautiful black man for 6 months and broke up with him once again. people are so quick to judge her saying she keeps dating these men and not having any intention to stay with them... someone's relationship is no one else's business it is between the 2 people that are in it. I don't understand why they need to announce that they broke up, people break up every day and it's nothing new. Like she said, " she is the prize" and as a woman I agree that I am the prize, I am the one the men are chasing so it's up to me to pick the one that I want. Actually, I am not going to pick the one that I want because that's how they break your heart; if he wants me then I see if there's something there... 

People keep asking how she do it? clearly, she dates men who loves her not men who's playing hard to get. If a man doesn't give me any ounce of attention I am not going to read between the lines, speak up because we are both grown. Lori is having fun and so what? I would be having fun to if I was not a Christian but I want to remain faithful to God and it's the best way to live. If I was not a Christian, I would probably be on my third relationship this year lol.... all the men that would literally worship the ground I walk on are not Christian :(

the person I am talking about here is someone that I used to love, and this is how I feel when I don’t care anymore. Please if I love you don’t get me to that point

I don’t know what’s going on, but I’ve been feeling stuck lately, and repeating the same mistakes again but that’s alright I am human, and I am still learning… 

But it’s that time to get it together …

I usually start with my environment and my appearance first. There’s not much to do in my environment it’s not that messy but it could be more organized; My appearance is fine I am not looking like a raccoon at the moment, I even find myself beautiful! but when my brain is in chaos so is everything around me; that’s how I know things aren’t going well.

 

But no more of that! Let’s start today. I saw this step-by-step list on Pinterest let’s go over it together: 

  • Drink water. When I drink water, I feel hydrated and much better. I always have my water bottle with me, but I need to reach for it more. 
  • Eat on time. I have not been eating much lately and I have been losing weight, which is great, but I still need to eat so I don’t starve.
  • Sleep. Well, that’s not a problem I usually sleep for more than 8 hrs. at night when I am not struggling to fall asleep and thy doesn’t happen frequently only under certain circumstances. 
  • Stop crying over boys. Well, that’s not a problem I haven’t cried over a boy in a very long time. I am traumatized of men, and I am scared that I will never be an able to trust a man enough to be in a relationship. Why would I cry over a guy when I look like this? I am young and beautiful; I will never be this young and hot again! Let me enjoy it now and have fun. I do talk to guys but I’m just having fun may the best man win…
  • Work out: I work out whenever I feel like it and that’s unusually 2-3 times a week, but I guess I could do it way more often? I work out at home. I have all the equipment I need.
  • Focus on the important things. I do need to do that because I dissociate a lot. I don’t focus on what’s important but rather what’s not because it’s less time consuming? Actually, I don’t know but that needs to change ASAP.

There’s more to the list but it’s in my journal and it wayyy too personal.
