fall back time
I have been sleeping a lot, I mean when haven't I been sleeping? all I have been doing is sleeping, working, eating and repeat plus all the spiritual things that I normally do. But I do like fall back time because it means that the days are shorter and the nights are longer!! yeah more time for sleeping :)

The worse part of anxiety they don’t talk about is feeling like you are better off alone, feeling panicky when you arrive somewhere and all you do is want to run home. The constant overthinking and over analyzing which leads you to feeling tired and drained. It’s feeling like you’re better off being silenced because the nerves overpower you to the point of being frozen. The feeling of doomed as if you already messed up everything even before you try.
Take courage, be patient.
We are all in this together.

after watching "from scratch" i've never cried about a show like I did last night and I am still crying when I think about it. The show itself was sad but then I started thinking about my own love life and then I started balling my eyes out and they look puffy today. I loved the show but if I knew that I was going to cry this hard I would've skipped it.
The new Selena Gomez documentary is out today for free on apple tv at 7pm and I know that I am going to cry again because her story is also sad but I will pull myself together and watch it. I am a mess right now, I cried on my way to work and I still feel like crying... Omg That show was so sad and incredible all at the same time!
