It's exhausting explaining to someone that I am not fully an introvert and that I am not fully an extrovert either, so like what am I? For a long time I've struggled to understand where I fit because I've always been a lone wolf and so I never really fully fit in anywhere, but don't worry I am fine with that.
For starters I am too outgoing to be an introvert and too socially selective to be qualified as an extrovert; so here I am being an ambivert lol. I relate to both introverts and extroverts depending on the day; depending on my mood I am either introverted or more extroverted. If I am sad then I am a pure introvert and If I am happy then I look like an extrovert! some people would describe me as quiet while others would say "she talks a lot". If I just meet you then you would think I'm shy, quiet, awkward and possibly antisocial but after a while you would think wow she really doesn't shut up, she's so childish too wow that's crazy!
It took me a while to embrace both sides because growing up I have struggled with difficulty making friends and it was torture being alone all the time but with time I grew to love my solitude and so I stopped attempting to make friends. Now, I barely feel the need for human interaction! I barely reach out to anyone and I love my peace. I have had my fair share of fake friends and I am even more careful of whom I let in my life but I do need someone that I can act silly with because I am also part extroverted!
