Lisa Marie Presley died?

So I came across the news last night that Lisa Marie the only daughter of Elvis Presley has died ! like what? she was only 54 years old and I just saw pictures of her at the golden globes on tuesday like 2 days ago, she did look frail and it looked like she was on drugs but who knows? they only said she had a heart attack. The fact that Michael jackson her ex husband died at 50 years old and she died at 54 years old is crazy! they were both so young at the time of their death. Even Elvis was young too he was only 42 years old but he looked 60 years old when he died! that's crazy that those celebrities are dying so young.

diet.

One thing I realize when you eat better, you feel better and you look better.

I have been trying to eat clean but I am not one of those annoying people who's always counting their calories because I love sweets, but I try to eat more vegetables like I would eat : asparagus, spinach, mushroom, a little bit of kale salad and tomatoes, sweet potatoes, chicken breast, less rice...

I have been feeling better because I have been trying to lose weight in my stomach area and it has been working :)

PSG commentary match

Yesterday's match was amazing! everything went smoothly and Ekitike is honestly sensational! I love him as a player, he is my new favorite player after Mbappe, Neymar, Messi, Haaland, Richarlison and Ethan Mbappe lol I guess I love the whole Mbappe family! but Ekitike just keeps scoring every match soon enough he's going to be nominated for top scorer like Messi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

I love watching football it's just so exciting, but honestly I just want Mbappe and Neymar to be best friends again because their friendship was so beautiful. And I cannot wait  for both brothers Kylian and Ethan Mbappe to play in a match together.

Honestly

It's good to admit where you are lacking so that you can work on it which is why I am more than convinced that if I am getting married I need to marry someone who's responsible and always on top of things because there are periods of time I am none of those things and I have no idea what's going on or what I am doing. I know what I should do but I guess I am just too tired to do it.

I wrote 2 articles last night... that might have been concerning but I was a bit emotional hence why I deleted them. I am doing good despite the alarming post; I guess Just need a hug? or maybe someone to say " it's Going to be okay Gaelle don't stress it" but I say that to myself all the time. Was I going through a hard times those past few months? sure but who wasn't? I mean I wasn't really depressed, I was numb to everything.. I was just living day by day with no care whatsoever about the future because I didn't know what to expect. It was kind of bad to the point where I was procrastinating a lot, especially when it came to cleaning my apartment. But this week end I woke up and cleaned my house for a full day to the point that on sunday my back was hurting so much when I woke up that I couldn't even stand but as the day went on I felt a little better.

I am not giving up, I love everyone who have always been there for me and the ones who reached out to me when they saw me acting suspicious. You all are angels sent from above, thank you so much, I am grateful for you.

things I enjoy.

There a few new things that I love now but for the most part everything is the same.

1. football: that's kind of new but I always used to love it in the past only when my favorite team was playing. I would watch any match now but I prefer to watch a Psg match or a manchester city match or my all times favorite brazil match, I also love watching the french team playing, I love watching Cristiano playing too in the portugal team, I also don't mind watching Argentina playing because of Messi.

2. documentaries: that's also new, there was a time I use to hate them but now I find them educational and very interesting.

3. listening to podcast: I think I started listening to podcast in 2020 and I loved it since then. I love talks about mental health, physical health, medicine, any topic that Emma Chamberlain is discussing because I just love her voice, I love french podcast especially this one that bring in guest who are discussing their life experience and those french people really have no filter, they will tell you everything lol sometimes I'm wondering should I even be listening to this because it just sounds too personal.

4. I love reading digital books now: I use to only read hard copy and anything else was just bland to me but now I enjoy them all.

I want to rectify part of what I said yesterday, actually, a woman can get a man with her looks but it's her brain that will determine whether or not she will keep her man; because if all she talks about are shallow discussions then he will want to leave and find someone more compatible with a deeper side. Basically, looks can get your foot in the door but your way of thinking will allow you to stay.
