Tips for massive hair growth.
The most important thing it’s to be patient with yourself, never compare your hair journey to anyone else’s. Love your hair and take great care of it. Always eat the proper nutrients to help grow your hair for example eat plenty of sweet potatoes, spinach, avocados, eggs( a great source of protein and biotin!), berries,salmon, oysters, black beans( already my favorite, look up my famous black bean soup recipe here on my blog). All of those nutrients are already part of my diet.

Steps to take for the outward part of your hair.
- Wash your hair weekly or bi-weekly; I prefer weekly because of all the products build up that are on the scalp.
- Focus on your scalp health : if your scalp is sick your hair will not grow. Wash your hair as much as needed to avoid build up, inspect scalp for psoriasis, flakes, dryness and itchiness. If those things are happening it may be time to consult a dermatologist they will further assist.
- Deep condition your hair weekly or biweekly; never skip this step because curly hair needs as much moisture they can possible get because the hair strands recoil so it not straight so the oil doesn’t migrate towards the ends of the hair that much so it is your job to keep the ends of your hair moisturize because if it’s dry your hair will break off.
- Avoid using too many products on your hair: pick a few that works mostly you need : a leave-in conditioner, a twisting cream, a hair elixir for your scalp and a reviving hair spray containing water to refresh your hair when it’s in a style.
- Incorporate protective styling: some examples are braids, wigs, twist outs, cornrows and a style where the ends of your hair are tucked in. Having a protective style will help with length retention and it will protect your hair from over-manipulation. When I don’t have braids in my hair; I usually use cornrows as a protective style throughout the week I only touch my hair 2 days out of those 7 days.
- Finger detangling is extremely important, always take your time when detangling your hair because that’s where the most damage happens. Never detangle dry hair! Spray some water on your hair with some leave-in conditioner to detangle on the days that you aren’t washing your hair, use a wide tooth comb to further detangle. Use a Damian brush if you want but I am not really a fan of it because it stripped your hair of the products you put in your hair as you are brushing your hair, I use it to create texture and to style my hair but not to detangle.
- Wear a hair satin scarf but if you’re like me and you sleep like a mad person get a satin pillow case because chances are the scarf will fall off but that’s okay if you have the right pillow case.
This is all for now, and I believe those steps are very important for my hair journey.

Karl Lagerfeld
This week was the met gala and it was a way to celebrate Karl Lagerfeld’s work… which was very controversial considering how bad he spoke about women, the metoo movement, Michele Obama, being fatphobic and most importantly because he called Princess Diana stupid did not help his case at all; some people boycotted the met gala because they didn’t like Karl.
This is my opinion.
As someone who loves fashion and everything aesthetically pleasing, I’ve always loved Karl Lagerfeld’s work; I didn’t like the man behind the designs but I loved his work. I’ve always liked black and white, turtle necks, high fashion, and shoes that aren’t backless, Chanel, Gucci, Fendi, Louis Vuitton… and Karl was behind most of the fashionable brands. He was extremely talented and he was the only man who could revive channel back in the day because it was a dying brand. He worked for balmain, Chloe and he made all of these brands more famous.
Yes he said some pretty awful things but he was hurting after he lost his partner although that doesn’t excuse his action and everyone has the right to choose whether or not they will still continue to support his brand or not. In my opinion, I recognize the fact that “ hurt people hurt other people “ Karl was hurting and in the past, he was very kind… there are some things that happened behind closed doors that we don’t know. When he started being hostile towards everyone he had no friends and only his bodyguard was at his side when he died in 2019. He was a very sad man, he didn’t even want a funeral but he did have one despite his wishes to be cremated as soon as he died. He left all his fortune and a mansion to his cat Choupette ( maybe that’s what I like the most about Karl Lagerfeld ! The fact that he loved his cat so much)
Choupette is 11 years old and she is very famous. I love the story behind Karl, I love how talented and smart he was. I love his work and when I can afford it you best believe I will buy them!

this is my hair goal!! I cannot wait until my hair gets to this length. I will not cut my hair anymore or color it. I will let it do its thing, the last time I cut my hair which was in 2021 was totally unexpected, I didn't plan to do that but I had to do it because my hair was falling out and I did put a texturizer in it.
