Teresa part 2

okay let's talk about Teresa because it's getting even more crazy as I keep watching! we are going to talk about more characters.

Luisa: she is Arturo's sister, she has money, and she lives with her brother. When Teresa first met her, she thought Luisa was just a secretary, so she didn't pay Luisa no mind but as soon as Arturo presented Luisa as his sister her whole demeanor change, and she started to be nice to Luisa in order to get closer to Arturo! did I mention Teresa loves money and she doesn't actually love Arturo she just loves his money. Poor Arturo he has no idea he is thinking Teresa loves him and want to get along with his sister to keep him happy. He has a lot to learn about women like Teresa! the only good think Teresa did for Luisa is give her a makeover because Luisa was looking like a librarian at first but then Teresa helped her change her hair and styled her.  Luisa always had a crush on Fernando who's her brother's best friend, but for some reason nothing ever happened until later on when Fernando came for a business proposal and Luisa became his partner in the business deal, so they started dating. When Teresa learned that Fernando was richer than Arturo, she started to subtly flirt with Fernando even though she knows that's Arturo's best friend.

Aida: she is sort of Teresa's enemy since high school they never really get along especially since Teresa was dating Paulo at some point and Aida always had a crush on Paulo ever since she was a kid. Paulo really loves Teresa and again she doesn't love him, she loves his money and all the gift that he is giving her. Aida always knew something was wrong with Teresa because she never brought Paulo or anyone to her house, she always met them at Aurora her best friend's house. 

Paulo: he really does love Teresa but there's something about her that he doesn't understand how come she always say that her parents leave her in the house alone while they travel to Europe, but she never invites him over?! and he has been showering her with gifts, but she never bought him anything but hey she's hot and he loves her. But one day after a party at school he followed her home, and he was shocked to see her get in a very poor house! and her parents were there so she's not rich and she has been lying this whole-time wow! what a liar? but his heart is broken, and she broke up with him when she finds out about what happened. Now Aida is all over him and she wants to get revenge on Teresa and Aida humiliate Teresa in front of the whole school and told everyone that Teresa his poor and her father is just a mechanic. Teresa cried home even though that makes Paulo sad because Aida went too far, he stayed with her. Aida started to seduced Paulo and he let it happen in order to make Teresa jealous, but she doesn't even care. eventually he started taking Aida a little serious and was even planning to get married but what he doesn't know is that Teresa spoke to a drug dealer in the neighborhood and told the dealer to give Paulo drugs. Paulo became addicted to drugs and overdose right before his wedding with Aida. What's sad about all this He was planning to get clean, but he saw Teresa and she told him "You're no use to me I pray that God eliminates you" he was so sad because he still loved Teresa, and he took his last batch of drugs and overdosed! I cried :( Teresa learns what happed and felt terrible for like 5 minutes! but now the drug dealer is threaten her to give him money because he will tell everyone she was the one who told him to give Paulo drugs with a lot of messages and class schedule in Teresa's handwriting to back it up. when I find out what happen next, I'll tell you!

 

Aida's dad: he has been dating Teresa's friend and he has been dating his wife best friend! so, he was smashing both at one point until Teresa's friend realize he will never divorce his wife and left him but not before she got pregnant (poor girl) I kind of feel bad for her because he brainwashed her and she is not a bad person, but she should've known better not to sleep with a married man. She even made a scene at Teresa's wedding! I'll get to that. She finds out Aida's dad is also smashing his wife best friend, but she didn't say anything yet! like girl what are you waiting for drop the bomb!!!!!!

Teresa and Arturo: eventually she decided to marry him even though she doesn't even love him right before the wedding Teresa slept with Marianno and promised him that she was going to fled with him and not get married to Arturo, of course that was a lie! she ended up marrying Arturo even though Mariano came to the wedding to stop it, but Teresa slapped him in the church like girl have some decorum!! anyway she went to the honeymoon, and she was writing " T y M" on the sand which stands for Teresa and Mariano! eventually she had to sleep with Arturo at the honeymoon, but she didn't like it, and she kept thinking about Mariano!

Make your work out fun.

 

I always thought going to the gym to work out was this big thing where I would have to move my life around to accommodate myself to get used to it but ohh boy was I wrong! 

 

Today I ran for 8 minutes on the treadmill I think I ran a mile, but it could be more I didn’t calculate it. I said I wasn’t going to use the treadmill for cardio but I eat everything so I must do cardio! Not too much tho which is why I only stayed for 8 minutes on the treadmill. I was running at full sprint! I’m so proud of myself ;) running really gets the adrenaline flowing in my brain I love it as a form of warm up; it’s like an appetizer before I move on to strength training. 

 

Alright let’s make it fun!

 

For example, I would never wake up at 4am to go work out because that’s not something that sounds remotely fun to me ! As you guys already know this I love sleeping and I need all the sleep I can get! 

 

For example, to make your work out fun you could do these things that I do 

 

  • Have a routine: you could have a special drink before your work out; sort of like a pre work out drink that is yummy and that would give you the energy that your body needs to refuel to get you pumped up for the work out. I suggest oxyshred drinks. I cannot drink caffeine so that’s the only drink I can have without crashing out or without feeling like a hamster on a wheel.
  • Wear cute workout clothes, have cute running shoes that you are excited about and clothes that are comfortable as well. 
  • Drink lots of water! Especially if you’re doing an intensive work out. Bring water with you. Bring a small towel if you sweat a lot, you can bring a gym bag with all the things you need.
  • Do not take a shower in the gym that’s how people get athlete's foot! If you must take a shower, at least bring shower shoes. 
  • Have a gym partner if that helps you, personally that doesn’t help me. If I go to the gym with someone, we have to split so that I can concentrate and get in my zone with my noise cancellation headphones and my upbeat playlists. Leave me alone lol. 
  • My go to fit for the gym is leggings and big shirts because I hate when men are gawking at my rear end when I do my squats. Wear things that make you comfortable.

Teresa Novela.

 

I don't normally watch Novelas but this one I always liked it when I was little, I didn't get to finish it, but I finally remember it after a girl posted a TikTok about it and I was like "oh I remember this Novela from 2010! it was soooo good!" so I started watching it again this month. Alright let's talk about it, the reason why I am talking about this is because this soap opera highlights friendship, betrayal, manipulation, true love and hypocrisy. I will go over each character and what they are about so that you can understand better because it's a lot!

Teresa: is a manipulative and materialistic person! but she's insanely beautiful and all the men fall at her feet. She normally always gets what she wants she only cares about herself, but she genuinely loves Mariano, but she always has to let him go even if she's breaking her own heart by doing it because he wasn't rich and money was all she could think about, sadly her and Mariano both grew up in the same poor neighborhood that she's embarrassed about. In high school she broke up with Mariano because he dropped out of medical school (Mariano is a bit older than her but I guess that didn't matter ?!) she's always planning to get rich and to get out of her neighborhood. when Mariano dropped out of med school that didn't fit her plans, so she broke up with him and set out to find a rich boy in her school; because she went to a very prestigious school because she had a scholarship; she lied to everyone in her school pretending to be rich as well so that she would be accepted. Her best friend Aurora (who's my favorite character) found out the truth, but she never judged Teresa for being poor. Aurora is really sweet and very supportive of Teresa even if Teresa is selfish and only cares about herself. I knew Teresa was a sociopath when her little sister died, and they were having a funeral for her little sister although she was extremely sad, she was worrying about looking stunning when she was crying, and she didn't want Arturo to see how much of a mess she was. I'll let you know who Arturo is in a minute also that man is sooooo hot, I am in heat right now and this man looks sooooo yummy to me! pause lol.

Mariano: he has always been in love with Teresa, and he is a great person! when I say he is so selfless, and he is always helping the people in his neighborhood. He puts others first before himself and he is always doing things to please Teresa or to get her back. One day while he went to register someone at a university he ran into Aurora (Teresa's best friend but he didn't know Aurora) when he saw her you could tell sparks were flying in the air. when he met her, he wasn't dating Teresa at that time, so he invited Aurora to get ice cream when Teresa found out who Aurora was going out with, she was a little jealous because she still loved Mariano, but she pretended that she didn't know him. She let Aurora fall for Mariano, and she even told Aurora to go for it when she knew she was going to get Mariano back! Teresa loves to make people suffer she is very sadistic! and a psychopath she's always saying this phrase " entre ser o no ser, yo soy" which means in French " entre être ou ne pas être, moi je suis" meaning she will do anything to get what she wants. As soon as Teresa saw Aurora get together with Mariano, she started to date Mariona before Aurora could! she's so selfish ugh! but she does love Mariano like a lot so it's okay, but she is still a bad person. The only good thing she did for Mariano is pushing him to become a doctor and not stay a taxi driver his whole life, Mariano went back to school for her! and I love when someone push their partner to do better in life because that's what I will do for my man. He's good but I will always push him to be great but more gently than Teresa but rather with lots of love and support.

Arturo: is a lawyer and Teresa's professor, he always finds Teresa to be a very good student and very smart; that's why he offered to pay college for her at a prestigious university in Mexico. Teresa wanted to become a lawyer too, at first Teresa's parents were opposed of the idea of a man paying for their daughter's school but later on they agreed because in return Teresa would work for him which means they would spend a lot of times together. Because Teresa is insanely beautiful Arturo started to really like her, but before he met Teresa he used to be in love with Paloma and that woman left him years ago because Arturo's parents were accused of fraud or money laundering I must say Arturo is very rich! and he has a sister named Luisa (we will talk about her too) Arturo loved Paloma but he was so hurt because she left him at the alter that he never opens his heart to love again. He is also an amazing person, but he is blinded by his love for Teresa so he can't see how much Teresa is manipulating him. Originally Teresa seduced him only because he's rich and she was still in love with Mariano. She wouldn't sleep with Arturo because her heart belonged to Mariano, and everyone knew except the people around Arturo, she hid that to them.

Aurora: Teresa's best friend, she is sooo nice, so selfless she is the girl for Mariano. she has the cutest smile! she is so beautiful inside and out she went to school to become a pediatrician because of Mariano. she truly loves Mariano, she was his friend when Mariano was crying for Teresa, she consoled him. She knew he needed a friend, so she settled for that because she loved Mariano a lot. But then she started dating another guy and Mariano became jealous! and that's when I knew Mariano started to fall in love with her!!!! I was so excited because he is perfect for her, and she is perfect for him 

 

I will talk about the rest of characters later because I am still watching the show...

this show taught me that I need to love the people who loves me and stop chasing people who couldn't care less about me. Be careful of whom you call a friend!

Why didn't I start working out at the gym a long time ago? I ask myself this question daily! I can tell you that I am happier more than ever now that I've been going to the gym consistently. My mental health is a lot better now than it has ever been, even though I was in psychotherapy for the longest time, that didn't work for me! i was still depressed and lying to my therapist pretending to be happy so that they would leave me alone because my therapist would harass me constantly to make an appointment if my last session was bad or if I was crying in the session which I did many times! one time she called the emergency hotline to come do a welfare check on me like Girl! you're too deep in my business! I wasn't going to commit suicide I just needed to be alone, and I didn't want to answer her calls. After that last awkward incident with the police who came to see if I was alive, I stopped my therapy session because she made me sound like a total nutcase! I told her what I was going through and she exaggerated things! if it was up to her, she would have me admitted! like girl I was just sad and alone! it was not that deep. I did appreciate her efforts, truly I did but she was way too deep in my business when I didn't want her to be. 

I started going to the gym a few months after that incident and I've never been happier, all the adrenaline starts to rush through my brain as soon as I start to warm up. The gym boosted my self-esteem, helped me to look hot naked lol! made me feel even more confident, also helped with my social anxiety because walking around with tight gym shorts in the gym and lifting weight was so nerve racking at first because I felt so exposed! you gotta be confident to do that and now, I love it! I wouldn't trade the gym for anything, that's my only form of therapy now. I am glad that I chose the gym instead of sitting on someone's couch feeling sorry for myself! now I can be in the gym challenging myself and lifting weights. I am excited for all the growth, and I will continue to work even harder to achieve my goals.

Some people keep asking me what products I use in my hair and I truly appreciate the compliment but I always say it’s not so much about the products it’s about having a strict routine that is simple and that keeps your hair moisturized.

 

I’ve made a ton of mistakes with my hair, I even put a texturizer in my hair in 2021 and all my hair fell out! There were so many setbacks and now that I finally found a routine. I promise myself  that I will always pay attention to what my hair really need. I’ve been using the haircare  line  call mielle organic and now that a lot of women are experiencing hair loss because of the products that I immediately stop using them because I just can’t take any risk. My hair is normally really soft and curly but lately it’s been a little dry, I don’t think the products are working anymore and I need to use something else. I will start using Camille rose products now, they’re a little bit more expensive I think but I’ll see if they work for my hair I will slowly introduce a new product every wash day. I am sadden by the fact that mielle organic is going through this and I don’t know what to believe; I’d rather be safe than sorry.

If I ask you for help just know I tried everything already! I only ask you because you are my last hope. I never ask anyone for help, that’s why I’m always anxious I take it all for myself. If I call you it’s because I trusted you not because I wanted to waste your time or mine. I don’t call people and casually ask them to help me because I HATE ASKING FOR HELP. It takes a lot out of me to do it.
