Brainstorming...

** I hate the idea of going to a movie theater for dates 

1. going to a museum 

2. a cute coffee shop that also have pastries.

3. rooftop restaurant.

4. A walk in a cute park to get to know each other better.

5 walk on the beach

6. going hiking.

7. going on a bike ride in the park (not me suggesting bike ride lmfaooo)

8. sightseeing 

9. drive in movies.

10. road trip to somewhere fun 

11. rock climping

12. ice skating 

13. going golfing

14 water gun fight in the backyard or park 

15 apple picking or blackberry picking

16. cooking a meal together 

17 rent our dream car for a week end 

18 going to a concert 

19. home games and taking shots when you lose.

20. going bowling

21 learn a new language together 

22. adopt a pet together

23. going on a boat ride 

24. snow fight

25 go horseback riding

26. going to a zoo or aquarium 

27 go paintball

28 go wine & paint event 

29 going to a record store !! (that is mostly for vintage people like me :)

30 go wine tasting

Anger

How many of you can get really angry? I am sure every one of us get angry but it's the expressing part that gets tricky. 

I can say that I have gotten angry before but I haven't gotten really angry, I am a very mellow person and I wish I could express my anger in a healthy way. I don't hope to lash out or cuss anyone out, I just want to feel like I am letting other people know that I am angry right now. For example let's say someone does something to me that I absolutely don't like and I am supposed to say " don't do that to me I hate it" although I will say it but the person might not even know that I am angry, when in fact I could be very angry but instead of expressing that I just fled the scene which is not always a good thing because there is a right way to let someone know that their action make you mad without walking away. when I get mad I take out on myself. I get really quiet and all the emotions just bottle up inside of me it's very rare for anyone to get a reaction out of me. I wish I could express my anger through writing or some physical activity but I just really stay calm and take it out on my own self. That's why I hate it when people make me angry because I am the one suffering not them!

I think the best thing that I have ever written are the things that I've never let anyone see! like the last poem I wrote in creole that I just posted. I wrote that a while ago but I was afraid to share it because I feel so exposed but someone who's in love right now and who speaks creole may be feeling the things that I wrote; sometimes it's not even about me!

Relationship talk.

I was scrolling through tiktok earlier today and I stumbled on a video of a girl talking about what she expects in a man, and as she was describing her ideal man I couldn't help but think if she's ever going to find a man as such? I mean anything is possible right ? but that's pretty rare for a man to be willing to put themselves last for a girl. I would never expect that from a man, I do want you to treat me with respect but I don't want you to worship me in any kind of way. I want my man to take care of himself and do self-care just like I am going to take care of myself because that's how the relationship get toxic when the other person is neglecting their needs and not taking care of themself they will lash out and their unhealed trauma will come up to the surface; like baby I don't need none of that please tell me when your needs aren't being met so we can try something else out, please go to therapy, take time to heal, talk to people that can help, let's be friends first. People make relationship sounds like a chore or like your significant other is supposed to be your savior or something. I don't need no man to come in save me, I can save myself. 

I am hoping to get the same thing that I am giving because I can't be selfish and just expect my partner to give me the world if I am not giving him anything in return. Relationship shouldn't feel like a prison, in my 20's I want to have fun, be free, fall in love, experience new things and grow. I don't want to be put in a cage, I want my partner to be happy while he's with me, I want to be his peace, I want to learn his love language so that I can show him just how much I love him, I want to be there for him just like I know he will be there for me, I want to protect him because I know he will protect me, I want to trust him just like he will trust me. This is a partnership ! I will do for you the same things you will do for me, I will grow with you, I will teach you new things and you will teach me new things, we will travel and create new memories, we will love just like there's no tomorrow... That's how I want my love story to be like :)

hey you guys,

I have been trying a new hobby which is drawing, I am not picasso or anything but i've always wanted to be good at drawing. I do love art, so here I am drawing random stuff mostly black girls with afros lol.
