Real Madrid winning the champions league today is not a shock ! I already knew they were going to win even if deep down I was wishing Dortmund could win because what does Real Madrid has to prove ?! This is their 15 th trophy they’ve been wining it so many times! Give someone else a chance but it’s vinicius and Jude’s first champions league trophy and they deserve it! I know Mbappe is going to Real Madrid but I wish he didn’t sign with them. Real Madrid is overrated and they don’t need him! He needs real Madrid to win a champion leagues trophy. I wish he could’ve went to Manchester city or to Ac Milan

Mining cobalt.

It was reported in 2021 modern day slavery is happening and even in 2024 it is still going on. In Congo people are forced to work long hours in the cobalt mine while receiving less than $2 or at all. While those big tech companies like Apple get their share at lower prices to make their devices. I am sick to my stomach!

How can the world be so cruel?? Although it is reported that Apple have stopped purchasing mine from Congo but where’s the proof? How do we know that for sure? Who’s to say that the very phone I am holding in my hand right now didn’t come from from a slave who worked long hours to provide it to Apple? cobalt is dangerous a ton of Congolese have died because of it!

cobalt is found in every lithium-ion rechargeable battery on the planet – from smartphones to tablets to laptops to electric vehicles. It is also used to fashion superalloys to manufacture jet engines, gas turbines and magnetic steel. You cannot send an email, check social media, drive an electric car or fly home for the holidays without using this cobalt.

Not a lot of people is talking about the genocide going on in Congo but it is happening and to Haiti as well! People are losing their homes, children are dying! It’s really sad. I try no to watch the news but I want to be aware of what is going on.

5000 men.

This story takes place while Christ was on earth. He and his disciples were trying to find a quiet place to rest but suddenly they saw a crowd coming towards them. Jesus took pity on them and he begin teaching them the word of God. The crowd was sooo hungry to learn more that the sun begin to set and they barely noticed! The disciples were hungry so they came to Jesus and told him to let the crowd go so that they can go somewhere in town to find something to eat. but Jesus told his disciples to feed the crowd with what they already had! They had 5 loaves of bread and two fish! Jesus prayed on the food and begin feeding the crowd with what they had. The whole crowd ate to the fullest! They were no longer hungry.

You may ask yourself why am I telling you a Bible story? Well let me tell you something although this story took place many years ago but it showed us how much Jesus cares about people, can we say the same about the current governments all around the world ? Is everyone eating until they’re full? Some people don’t even know when their next meal is coming. If we look at Gaza where the human condition and the situation of living is dire! People are dying as we speak, they have no food to eat, no shelter, no clean air and they are living in fear. But God made a promise to all of us! He promised to wipe out all the injustice in revelation 4:21 it states “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Those are not fairy tales those are true words and God never lies if it is written in the Bible it will happen !

Imagine how the world will be like under the domination of Jesus Christ. There will be a time Jesus will rule the world with his father God. I personally cannot wait until the end of this world for a new way of living. Based on the story I gathered 2 important points.

Jesus know we don’t only need the spiritual word we also need food and material things to survive because if he didn’t know our needs he wouldn’t have fed the crowd he could have simply sent them away and go about his day but he didn’t ! He fed them after he taught them the word of God. Which showed me that with God ruling over my life all my needs will be met even if I don’t know how but God will always come though and make a way for me.
Make do with what you have. They only had 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish. Jesus could have easily said they don’t have enough let’s leave! But no he turned it to God and prayed on the food! And all their needs were met. Often times I may worry about my current situation but every time I pray and gave it to God immediately I feel better and I always find a way out.

God knows you need a car, a roof over your head, a job that will pay for your bills and food to eat. He will not only help you find a way to have those things but he will also protect you in your journey. God can open doors for you, lead you to meet the right people, to hear the advice that you need to hear. Turn to God. Pray to him and give him all your troubles for it states in Philippians 4: 6,7 ( do not be anxious about anything but in EVERYTHING by PRAYER and SUPPLICATION along with thanksgiving let your petition be known to God and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your heart)

This is my favorite verse ! It has a lot of meaning!

As someone who struggles with anxiety this verse helps me to feel less anxious and to lean on God when it gets overwhelming.
Tell God everything that is wrong in your life but also thank him for everything he has already done for you
He promised to provide peace once you open up to him almost as if he’s telling you “ don’t worry I got this” and almost immediately you feel that your situation is not so bad.

Boy cats!

I love my boys but is there a man in there?? Mostly with Archie when I am getting ready or just getting undressed he has to have front row sits. I even wonder is he a man!? Like how does he loves to watch me walk around undressed! Pixie is more romantic he will look at my face when I am doing my makeup and he wants kisses all the time he is my lover boy! Archie is something else he is sooo obsessed with me there are things that he does that makes me wonder if there is a man in there lol

Be unbothered. Stay busy. Drink your water and mind your business. Put yourself first and everyone else last. The best thing I ever did was stop being so available and helping everyone. It’s quiet and peaceful. They want to put you on a shelf so they can toy with you whenever they get bored with their other toys. Give them silence. Focus on you. Love yourself. Elevate and never compare. You are the main character in your story.

Are they your friends.

Lately I see a lot of people normalize being alone and as someone who never had a lot of friends that was never an issue. At a very young age I knew I was weird and I knew how different I was which is not a great combo if you want a lot of friends. Sure some weird people manage to have lots of friends but for me it felt more like a chore than an enjoyable experience.

As I always say I don’t have a lot of energy to pass around, I can only focus on one person at a time because I am very genuine. If I give you all of my attention and give you all of my resources best believe I care about you, and whatever I did for you will never be said out loud as a way to hold that against you ( I was more than happy to help)and I will never tell anyone else what I did for you either that stays between us. I am a very loyal friend, anything that my friends told me stayed between us even if we’re aren’t friends anymore.

Being a great friend doesn’t always guarantee that you will receive a great friend either. At the moment my only great friend is my mom and my work bestie she is genuinely a great person and I love her (she doesn’t know that lol). I realize who my friends were when my dad passed, some people would say “ I am here for you if you need anything” but they only meant it for one day. They never really cared to talk to me after the funeral which was the hardest part! I will never hold that against anyone. We are humans so therefore I can’t expect anything more than what they are able to offer. My coworkers gave me flowers and let me talk any time I wanted; they provided me with a safe space and for that I am forever grateful.

You will know who your true friends are when you’re going through a tough time not when you’re happy and not when they need something from you. Trust me a great friend will always reveal themselves to you.

Q&A

What is one thing that I want to do ?

I want to go to a rage room. It is a place where you go to smash certain objects, to scream and to let out your anger and frustration. I don’t know how to express my anger at all, I never express it. I let it bottle up inside of me or I just brush it off. I am always scared that one day it might come out 10 folds! I really want to go to a rage room soon.

What is one thing I like to do weekly?

Besides getting my favorite drink at Starbucks every Friday now I love going to crumble cookies on the week end,my work bestie took me there 2 weeks ago and it was soooo fun! No I even go alone to get my weekly cookie lol

Will I get another cat?

No I won’t, I will stay with my boys.

What is one habit I want to develop?

I have the habit of journaling but I wish I could do it daily, I do it a few times a week but every morning before I leave the house or before I go to bed would have been better.

Why do I hate parties?

Believe it or not I actually don’t hate parties that much, I don’t like them but if I have my closest friends with me and I am in a good mood I will have a splendid time ! I don’t like going alone that’s all.

Am I seeing someone ?

No, I push everyone away currently and it’s not intentional well maybe it is. Some of them don’t reach out and I will never reach out because I don’t care to talk at the moment.

Why do I want to be alone?

I am struggling with wanting to be alone and with wanting to be alone with someone. After going through traumatic events I just retrieved back into my shell to lick my wounds until I feel better. I don’t seek help when I am falling apart anymore, I just disappear which is bad.

Do I have a vacation coming up?

Yes and I am super excited ;)

Toxic

when I was younger I used to think anger in men was attractive because that showed how passionate they were about me but now that's one of the reasons that would make me run for the hills. I don't want a man with anger issues, that is the first question I ask. Although I know he might lie to me and say he doesn't but his actions will beg to differ I will watch his actions closely. There is no reason for a man to be yelling at you, shoving you, hitting you, or smacking anything near you. Toxicity is not attractive, a man not wanting you to go out with your girlfriends is not normal! a man controlling what you eat or what you wear is not normal!

A man locking you inside the house away from everyone Is being abusive towards you! a man tracking your phone is not normal! a man who has all your passwords is not normal! that is not a sign of love. He is treating you like property because when you own something you move them around as you please and toss it aside if you want to

* side note: I do not have any anger issues! I’ve never screamed or fought anyone in my entire life. I am blessed with knowing how to control my emotions, I have been angry but I’ve never used that on anyone besides myself.

Raise a man not a child.

I want a son someday, and I will do everything in my power to teach him how to treat a lady in a woman perspective. Man can raise good sons but without a mother figure in their lives they are bond to make mistakes. The same way a girl needs her dad to show her how a man should treat her is the same way a son needs her mom to show him how a woman should be treated.

There’s this case of this tiktoker named “jinkid” on social media I believe his real name is “Ali” but anyway this guy was so abusive to his wife that at some point the wife kicked him out in the home and was in the process of divorcing him. One day he came in the house with a key that he never returned when he was leaving, he didn’t see his wife Ana so he called her ask her why she’s not home and if she’s out cheating on him. He then proceeded to trash the apartment and install a listening app on his daughter’s iPad and left it behind Ana’s bed so that he could hear everything. Keep in mind they are no longer together! She is moving on without him but I must tell you he met Ana while he was in the military, he was stationed in Japan and that’s where he met her. Then he brought her to the US but he was discharged from the army for misconduct. He used to do a lot of drugs and he was not afraid to use them out in public. He was abusive, toxic and entitled. One day Ana was home with a guy friend she invited over then he came in with a gun and shot them both! Then proceeded to call his mother to tell her what happened and sent her pictures of the gruesome scene! He then drove to his daughter’s school and picked her up while having a loaded gun in the car. He told his daughter how he killed her mom but thankfully he was stopped on the highway and was arrested! My thing why didn’t the mother also call the police and give them the pictures! Why did she trust that her son called the police! He could be lying. Her granddaughter was also in danger because he went and picked his daughter up at school, why did the mother let him pick up his daughter !? I would have called the school and tell them not to let my son picked up my granddaughter and tell them he has a gun so they should be on high alert. His mother was trying to hide him with his daughter! How can she be that heartless! A woman just died and lying on her pool of blood because her son chose to take her life.

He is currently on trial for double homicide and his mother came in to testify. As a mother if my son did this he will no longer be my son because if after everything I taught him and gave him Jehovah’s word on how other people should be treated didn’t get through his skull then there’s nothing to be done. But she came in with a defensive attitude ! She is still trying to protect her son! Even after listening to a recording of her own son threatening Ana she still didn’t believe that her son was abusing his wife! Like what kind of mother are you? Why shield your child from all the potential consequences? They need to know what the real world is made of, if you do something bad then be ready to suffer the consequences!

They asked the mother “ were you aware that your son hit his wife “ she said “she hit him too” gosh! What in the world!? A woman hitting a man is not the same as a man hitting a woman, they’re both wrong don’t get me wrong but a man is stronger than a woman so there’s more damage that his punches could caused! Please teach your son to never hit a woman!
