some people say that I am cold or that I am not "affectionate" but that's not true.
The thing is I am extremely caring but I don't show that side to just anyone. I will not just care about a random person, if you're not giving me anything I will not invest in you. I only give my time, my resources and my love to people who prove to me that they deserve it. Otherwise you will get a surface level relationship.

Me taking you to the gym, getting you obsessed with working out when you start seeing results, Positive talks, meal prep, me cooking and us eating, drinking natural juices, running together, if you're my man : a lot of kisses, flirting, talking, touching and me spoiling you with my affection when I am in the mood lol, you will get some attitude but don't worry I'll get over it. me talking about a book I am reading, book recommendation, traveling plans, match games and me talking about Mbappe
I don't like drama, gossips... unless something involve me and my reputation I don't care.

Eating.
Truth is I eat a lot! for someone with my frame I eat a lot more than people expect! but the thing is I work out 6 days a week and I burn a lot of calories each workout so that's why I eat so much! my meal preps are filled with protein and less fat... but I do crave a lot of food especially when I am following my meal plan. I eat at a certain time and when I finally eat I EAT lol. I also don't eat after 7pm
You can't blame me because I work out a lot so it makes sense that I am always hungry. I sleep a lot too! because I spend a lot of energy at the gym so when it's 8:30pm I can barely keep my eyes open. I am up at 4:20 am so that makes sense... I do take a lot of naps when I am home during the day.

As the year is going by and we are further in 2026 the gyms are more empty. A lot of people had "exercising" as their new year resolution goal but sadly, now that it's April a lot of people have already given up. Consistency is not working out for 5 days in a month it's working out 3 days a week for the whole year.
You don't have to spend 2 hours in the gym, 45 minutes lifting weights is a lot more than the average person lift regularly. Strength training is extremely important if you want to build muscle, improve sleep, improve bone health, improve mental heath, avoid diabetes, have better blood sugar, avoid high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Cardio is very important for your heart's health and for your overall wellbeing including your mental health. Regular cardio is linked to a longer lifespan and lower risk of chronic disease. Improves memory, focus, and cognitive function. May lower risk of age-related decline. Helps regulate insulin levels.
go for a 30 minutes run or walk then boom overtime:
so please exercise, you don't have to do it daily but 3-4 times a week is recommended. you will not only feel good, you'll look good too :)

As I mentioned yesterday I was in a lot of pain because I worked out my lower body Saturday morning but today is leg day again. How did I recover for it?
Normally I would be sore for 2 days straight but because I do both dynamic and static stretching, before and after my work out I am less sore. Yes when I woke up this morning my muscles were still a little tight but not sore to the point where I would need another rest day. I do believe stretching before and after your workouts plays a big role in your recovery. I also take creatine daily which speeds up my recovery 10 times faster than I would normally need.
Today was a good work out, and I am fine now. No pain, I will be a little sore tomorrow but nothing like yesterday. My body is used to me working out this much so this not a shock for her.

In the end it’s the people we’ve never dated that break us the most. The possibility of what could have been, the feelings that were never reciprocated or ackno, the dreams that were never fulfilled. The life we hoped for that never happened. Dating someone opens the door for a tangible experience but dreaming of being with someone and never having to experience it shatter the hopes and dreams that once existed.

I feel mentally drained. I need a break. I need to cry. I need to feel. I can’t.
I feel like I want to scream but I can’t. It’s suffocating. I feel like I should be sad if I were to let myself feel. But I can’t. I’m lost. I feel so alone. So unloved. Broken. Shattered. Ashamed. Guilty. I wish my mom was here. I need a hug but I hate hugs. I want to feel something. Anything.
