I’m human.
When I was a child I was exposed to things that I shouldn’t have especially when it came to watching certain movies or shows and before any judgments my parents did their best. I started watching the series sex in the city when I was like 8 years old. I understood what I could, but to be honest I never saw any intimate scenes because they would be cut off or not shown.
The reason why I brought up that show is because of Carrie she had many cringeworthy moments on the show when it came to her dating life and even with her friends but I can’t relate with her there. She was soooo in love with Mr Big and he was sooo nonchalant about it. I am not the type of girl who will ride or die for you lol or beg you to be with me I couldn’t care less but I will do a lot of cringe stuff and after I would hate myself for doing them. I won’t say the right thing, or do the right thing! I’ve never dated anyone! I never even tried! I’m a free spirit I just let myself experience things. At times I hate myself for doing too much or for not doing enough it’s either one or the other! I don’t even look at men anymore (except that one guy he’s soooo fine and I’m not talking about Mbappé lol) I just can’t stand men! Ugh but at the same time I want to fall in love and have babies! I want a partner to travel with, I hate doing it alone.
In the meantime I am in my bad girl era, just do as I please and you can judge me for it if you want but I promise I won’t be too bad.

Start the day with God
Psalm 5:3 “O Jehovah, you will hear my voice in the morning; In the morning I will express my concern to you and wait expectantly.”
It doesn’t matter how busy your day will be or how many things you have to do in the morning; save some time for God. If you have a family pray with them. Wake up a little early so that you have to pray and read the word of God. As a Jehovah witness I have a daily text each morning, I know that I should save some time every morning before I start my day (I’m not perfect some days I do it a little later but always try to do it as soon as you open your eyes) start with a prayer to thank God for all the things he has done for you, and ask God for all the things you need because as James 4:2 says “You desire, and yet you do not have” basically you don’t have the things you want because you never ask God for it!. Ask God to lead you in righteousness and to spread his protection over you. As psalm 5:12 says that God promises to surround the righteous with his favor as with his shield. Just imagine how exciting your day will be as God gives you favor everywhere you go! Watch for it and thank him for it.

If I have a son
Looking at the way the men are acting currently if I have a son someday and I pray that I do because I want to teach him exactly how to treat a lady. If you have a son or want to have a son this might be a fun read for you...
I will teach him how to treat everyone with decency and understanding but I will show him how to be chivalrous especially with the ladies. Most men are nice to the girl that they like but I want him to be nice to every girl but with boundaries of course because I don't want him to be a flirt and to respect everyone.
rules that I will lay out for him.
- if you are taking a girl out on a date you have to pay! regardless of how many dates you took her out on even if she is begging to pay never let her pay! he will take me out on mother son dates, and I will show him how he should go about it when paying and other things as well.
- he has to open every door for his girlfriend or wife, whatever door it is if he's walking in front of her or beside her that's his job to open the door unless his hands are full or in a cask.
- he has to pull out the chair for the girl at a dinner date.
- he has to call her right after the date give a maximum a day but never too much because she will be overthinking, and I want my boy to treat the girl he loves right.
- he has to buy her flowers every anniversary and she is sad. (he will buy me flowers as well we will start when he's little I will give him money for him to take his little butt to the cashier to purchase the flowers he picked out for me, as soon as he can talk and walk)
- he has to offer her his jacket if it's cold. Never let the girl catch a cold when she's with you.
- he has to be considerate and learn how to listen.
- learn how to lead, I will never emasculate my son as soon as he can bathe himself, I will stop doing it. I will watch him to make sure he does it right, but I will teach him to brush his teeth early by himself and learn how to get ready alone early.
- as soon as he is a teenager, he will start to make little decisions around the house under my supervision of course, so that he can start learning how to take charge. I am raising a man not baby boy.
- he is allowed to cry but what are going to do to fix the problem? I will make it a safe space for him to express his feelings, but he cannot be a crybaby he has to take accountability and take action after we cry.
- he can't lead a girl he doesn't like romantically into believing he has a chance. He has to be straightforward and nice; I mean if he looks anything like me, he will break some hearts that's for sure lol

I think one thing some people who don’t know me well will be shocked to find out is how spiritual I am; at times I may remain quiet especially at the meetings but I am listening! I am taking notes and trust me I am doing the most that I can and I know God knows what I am going through. Never be afraid to share the word of God with your friends; if they are going through a tough time urge them to lean closer to God instead of going partying.

If you have trouble sleeping at night this is for you❤️
Psalm 4: 8 “I will lie down and sleep in peace, For you alone, O Jehovah, make me dwell in security.”
A lot of us have difficulty sleeping at night especially when are stressed or going through a difficult situation but David tells us that our sleep can be sweet no matter what kind of difficulty we face. Don’t ever try to solve your problems by thinking about then over and over; instead take the time you would spend worrying and pray for what you need while giving thanks to Jehovah for all the wonderful things he has already done for you.
As you lie in bed thinking about all the goodness of God and all of his promises let yourself drift off to sleep. Stop worrying and give your problems to God, he answer prayers but he doesn’t answer worry and complaints.

A story of faith
The Canaanite woman.
I read this story yesterday with new set of eyes. You can find the full reading in Matthew 15:21-31.
The story begins with Jesus withdrawing to Tyre and Sidon during his busy time in ministry. But a woman comes out to him and shouts “Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David. My daughter is cruelly demon possessed.” The cry of this woman came from a deep love and care for her daughter. Her cry came from a place of agony and mixed with complete faith that Jesus would be able to help her daughter. The faith of this woman is evident because she puts herself in a very dangerous situation considering she is a gentile woman among a group of Jewish men, she is crossing a social boundary by speaking up to a group with more cultural power than she has. Initially she is met with silence because Jesus said nothing!
The silence holds within her hopes, fears and anxiousness. Filled with complete faith and emotions she persist with her pleading so much that the disciples beg Jesus to send her away.
But Jesus said in return “I was not sent to anyone except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” Which encourages the woman to keep begging Jesus to save her daughter. She’s well aware of the line she was crossing but she kept begging Jesus and kneeling before him to save her daughter. Jesus said harshly “It is not right to take the bread of the children and throw it to the little dogs” Jesus build a wall and compared the mother to the likes of dogs! But without any pride or embarrassment the woman respond “Yes, Lord, but really the little dogs do eat of the crumbs falling from the table of their masters” the woman refused to be sent away and to allow social norms stopped her from getting what she needed from Jesus and because of this she is rewarded ! And Jesus replied to her ““O woman, great is your faith; let it happen to you as you wish” and the woman’s daughter is healed immediately!
This story reminds me to NEVER STOP PRAYING especially when I need something from God. No one knows why Jesus was harsh to the woman at first perhaps it was to show us just how much we should let our faith guide us when we are desperate because the woman did not care that Jesus compared her to a dog! She kept begging and her faith lead her blindly because she did not know if Jesus was going to save her daughter or not but her faith caused her to believe that he would! In difficult situation we tend to let our pride dictate our actions and if our prayers comes back unanswered we tend to stop praying but I am here to tell you to keep praying ! Day in and day out keep pleading God for what you need and it will be given to you in due time. Have complete faith and draw closer to God.
