I realize something about my hair, I have to change my styling products once in a while because I realize I can get much better results if I switch them around. I have been using the same method for 1 year in a half now if not two years! This week I tried something new and my hair loved it! It smells like vacation! People always compliment the smell of my hair lol! It always smell like coconut or some type of exotic fruit lol

Today is a hard day for me because it is Tuesday and I have meeting! The last time I had a meeting on Tuesday was the day my dad passed away. I am someone who remember a hard day perfectly, I remember what I was wearing… my memory is so good when it comes to a day where my life fell apart!
So no I am not having a good day, I am reliving the same things over again. I just feel so sad and lost… I don’t like today.
It’s my CO visit and I should be happy but this week is forever tinted, I hate that I am alone. I am always alone hence why I have my cats but if feels devastating to be alone while experiencing the loss of my dad…. I just wish I had someone…

my favorite machine in the gym is now the cable machine! I was scared of it at first but there’s so much you can do with this machine it is so versatile! You can do RDL’s, upper body workout, lower body work out and even ab work outs. I love this machine so much now, especially during my mild knee injury it feels good to put this machine to good use
