Update 

Currently I am suffering from a mild knee injury, I am in a lot of pain when I bend my knees and when I have to stand up. I haven’t been writing too much because I have been really busy, the heat is getting on my nerves. You all know that I don’t like summer by now. I am not depressed if anything I am happier especially after the kind of year I am having.

 

My cats are doing great, I still go to the gym 4-5 times a week and you might be wondering did I injure my knees at the gym? Yes I did! I’m not sure when it happened or if it’s because of a repeated exercise ( I have less leg days now just 2 is enough) but I expected that to happened because I never really worked out before and it’s all new to me. I need to take more vitamins especially for my bones health… I don’t have an injury it’s probably just bruised but if the pain continue until next week I will go see my doctor but it’s not that bad I promise ;)

Mbappe is officially at real Madrid now!!

He did an amazing job giving a beautiful speech in Spanish, his welcome ceremony was one of the best!! he gave Homage to Cristiano Ronaldo and Zidane was there!! I cannot believe my eyes!! he looks SOOO happy and soooo cute in white omg!!! He is very fluent in spanish I need to reactivate my Duolingo membership and add Spanish with my Italian lessons lol! I need to understand what my man is saying! but HALA MADRIDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD OMGGGGG

Some red flags in men I look for ( if you do these things, you definitely don’t have a chance with me)

 

  • Still talk to his ex. I’m sorry am I not all you need? Why are you friends with your ex !? Drop her already! Especially if you know she’s still in love with you. At this point you’re just playing in my face. Instant drop.
  • Not an affectionate guy. Believe it or not my love language is also physical touch even if I look stand off ish but besides words of affirmation my next big one is physical touch, if I like you I will be all up on you and even under your clothes lol I just need your body next to me.
  • Don’t be too serious. If we can’t joke around, play (if you don’t play video games I’ll teach you), laugh and be  kids in love then I don’t want it because baby I’m here for a good time. Don’t be boring that’s why I love extroverts they’re fun! They get me out of the house and they make me happy.
  • Also chill not just go go go. We gotta have some balance if you’re always on go mode it won’t work because we need a day where we can just chill and watch a movie with popcorn.
  • Hates cats. Well that won’t work I have 2 cats! And I will always have cats in the house so if you have a problem with that then we can ho ahead and end it right now.
  • Doesn’t know how to dress. Ugh! This one is tricky because I can just help him with that but if he doesn’t want me to help then no, I just simply can’t walk around with a man who looks a mess. 
  • Doesn’t work out. I am a gym girlie now and I need a gym partner, if you hate working out it might not work for me.
  • Doesn’t like different types of music. If you only listen to drill sounds or one type of music, then no! We need to vibe and I’m always playing some type of music if that bothers you then I don’t know.
  • Not romantic! Honey I want to be spoiled. I want flowers, a gift just because, kisses, hugs, touch, crumble cookie delivered to me when I’m sad ! Lol 
  • Can’t plan a date. The last date I went on I had to plan it because the guy didn’t know where to go but granted, he’s not from my town so I let that slide but the next date the person has to plan it! You’re the man! Lead me. 
  • You’re too friendly. I like my man to be unapproachable, I don’t like a man who’s in every girl’s face. Has all the girl’s phone number like it’s weird. Have standard stop talking to every girl, that’s turns me off because I just don’t feel special because you talk to every girl 
  • Indecisive. I can be a bit indecisive especially when I am picking out shoes but if you’re just indecisive in a lot of things then that’s annoying!
  • Sassy. If you keep talking back and being rude then no.  Stay away from me.

Bad news.

 

During my assembly today the speaker was talking about how we should stop feeding our mind bad news all the time.  Then I started thinking about my life because When I check twitter all I see is bad news about Haiti that’s probably the main reasons why I stop going over there and the adult content that keeps showing up on my feed unsolicited  is also bad for my mind. 

 

The speaker took an example of someone who keeps going in the fridge to pick out an expired milk to only smell it but realizing each time that the milk has an awful smell but why doesn’t he throw the milk away? Which is the same thing when I keep checking bad news online about Haiti or about Gaza. Of course you need to know what’s going on but waking up every day to check bad news is bad for your health! And I experience that myself ! There’s this girl name wizard_bisan on Instagram who is currently living in Gaza and ever since the war/genocide started her life has been upside down. There was a time I used to wake up every day sometimes I would find myself waking up in the middle of the night to check her  Instagram to to see if she’s alive and when she didn’t post for 24 hours I would worry! I made a connection with her. I watched all of her videos, I remember I cried so much when she was talking about how she lost her cats when they bombed her house and she doesn’t know where they are anymore . She posted pictures of her 2 kitties and saying how she missed them and I was just crying non stop ! Anyone who knows me know that I have a soft spot for cats! I love all cats! When I found myself checking her Instagram as soon as I wake up without even reading the daily text that’s when I knew I needed to stay away from the news. I still check her page from time to time because I still worry about her, I just pray that she will make it out safely. I knew I was far gone when I was angry at our government for aiding Israel and for not voting in favor of cease fire! I was really upset ! But as a Christian that shouldn’t surprise me at all. We are living in the last days and it’s only getting  worse from here. No government is better than God’s kingdom, no one can save the world but God.  So you can stop worrying about the news everyday you’re just giving yourself a high blood pressure and a possible heart attack. You didn’t hear it from me but we are approaching the end of the world so just brace yourself, it will never only get worse.
