I am going to talk about a problem that one can find in a relationship. When two very different people come together there will be disagreements and occasional fights that I believe can be avoided. Two people will never agree with everything the other person says or do but there's a way to avoid trouble in paradise.
Personally, I am a very calm human being and I hate to raise my voice or getting into an altercation. I cannot remember the last time I have been angry to the point where I yelled or screamed at someone, I have been upset but I am able to control my emotions but not everyone can do that and that's okay. The first thing you can do is to find out how you react when someone makes you mad. Do you let anger control you? do you let it all bottled up inside of you? watch how you react when someone does something that makes you furious. If you realize that you cannot control your emotions then the next time you get mad take a walk, leave the scene before you say, or do something you might regret. Although I am calm sometimes I wish I could show someone just how mad I am because I usually control it and stay quiet while so many thoughts are going through my head but it's very rare for me to express my thoughts out loud because I know the fight will never end and I hate fighting with a passion. I always try to make peace and move on to better things... maybe your partner like to be heard I think you should listen instead of cutting him or her off. Always take into consideration the other person's feelings do not just shrug it off or make it look like it's nothing. Learn to understand your partner so you can figure out how to treat them because everyone is different and you cannot treat everyone the same. some people like to be taken care of whereas someone else likes to be in charge or like to do things their own way let them be who they are because let's be honest that is probably why you're with that person. Instead of keeping things in start by expressing how you feel and if you're a man please let her know what's bothering you because that does not make you less of a man if you express your feelings. Have honest chat with one another where you tell one another what you don't like or can't stand in the relationship but do it respectfully. Most importantly learn to forgive each other because the bond you have with your partner is way more important than your "ego".
I am sorry I cannot write any more than that I have an excruciating pain in my right arm, might have to get that check thank God I have fingers to type!
