2 public figures I absolutely cannot stand and one of them will shock you!

Megan Markle: she keeps calling herself a Sussex like girl you left the monarchy in England and you took Prince Harry with you. Sussex is a made up title you're no longer royalty and you never were the prince was!, she keeps saying we need privacy yet she does multiple tell all interviews, has a Netflix show, has a podcast to get to see "the real her" yet all I got from all of it is how entitled, fake and delusional she is. You mean to tell me you didn't know who prince harry was? yet we see photographs of you in front of the palace! how in the world you not know Princess Diana's boys !? you were literally in England visiting! so you heard about Princess Diana but not her sons? oh ok lol why does she always have to walk in front of Prince Harry ? ugh she loves the spotlight way too much and Harry looks miserable with her. Where are the children she keeps talking about?? why is every family photo seems like a photo op for the public? there's nothing natural about her at all everything seems forced, rehearsed and planned.

Michelle Obama: That lady complain about everything! I bought one of her books " becoming" in 2019 and after reading that book I concluded she's very self centered, shallow and vain. She's educated sure but a little vapid in my opinion she's too self obsessed. she think everyone is obsessed with what she has to say... well I am not. She openly admitted she couldn't stand her husband for 10 years like what do we do with that piece of information? as a public figure she should have never said that. She's always trying to be relatable like ma'am you were the first black American first lady! you were married to the president of the united states there's nothing retable about that and that's okay. Jackie Kennedy who had her husband, a sitting president shot right under her nose never tried to be relatable. Staging a target run to show everyone oh look I am civilian I shop at target too, oh please.

How to be friends with an INFJ.

As an INFJ myself I feel compelled to talk about this topic because I have had too many failed friendships. I am going to help you with someone you know who is an INFJ. They are quite rare but if you really pay attention you can spot them easily. Here are some tips for figuring out if your friend or family member is an INFJ. -

[ ] Infjs are true introverts which means they enjoy their alone time. You may find them canceling plans to stay home or bailing out at the last minute just because “something came up” which most of the time is nothing, they just feel drained and would rather stay home.

- [ ] They love talking about the deep subjects and they are often fascinated by human behavior and why people act the way they act.

- [ ] They hate small talk and any conversations that are shallow. They will not talk about the weather unless something meaningful happens.

- [ ] They are social chameleons. Although they are true introverts but you may find yourself wondering if they are ambiverts because they are able to act like an extrovert and be so outgoing that they will look like extroverts.

- [ ] They suddenly vanish. They might socialize a lot for a certain period of time and go missing for months and weeks at a time. -

[ ] They are charismatic. They have a certain charm about them that is unique making everyone feel welcome with their kind nature.

- [ ] They love to help other people. Infjs often always lend a helping hand whenever they can. Now that I’ve given you the nitty-gritty of an INFJ let’s discuss how to be friends with them. As an INFJ I can testify that it is hard to keep friends around but it’s not impossible.

1. Be patient with them, they may take a while to open up or to even trust you. You might even feel Like they are holding back but don’t take it personal they are just observing you to see if you can be trusted.

2. Give them space. INFJ will vanish at some point during the friendship but understand that they need some time alone to recharge and that it has nothing to do with you or anything that you’ve done. It can be frustrating to see a friend that you thought you had distanced themselves from you after they’ve been kind to you. Usually, when an infj takes a break from all social interactions they are taking some time to self-reflect or solve an underlying issue. They might ignore your call, or text and not show up to meet you because they need alone time. They will come out soon just be patient and know that they care about you.

3. Don’t betray them. When you betray or hurt an INFJ it may take a long time for them to let you in their world again and they might never do. They take betrayal to the heart because they are very loyal. Just Don’t get on their bad side.

Infjs are very insightful people and they often absorb other people's emotions without meaning to which is why they need alone time to detox. But when they keep vanishing they might lose many friends but the people who truly love them will stay. If you are patient with them you will discover a very loyal friend, reliable kind, and lovable human being. It will take some time for you to get past their cold exterior but you may be surprised to discover how amazing and rare they are

Mental health medication.

I want to touch base on this subject once again after the recent NFL player's suicide he was playing for the Dallas cowboys. one could say well he had everything the money, the success and a good career why would someone like him take their own lives?

Truth is he is not here to tell us why he did it, he was only 24 years old and I assume he had been struggling with his mental health for quite some time which is why he decided to let go. I will never judge anyone who decides to commit suicide, that is not my job that’s God’s job but what I can tell anyone who’s struggling is that there are steps you can take before you decide to let go. Some people find it hard to reach out and I get it because I was once on the same boat. I don't think I had suicide ideation but I was leaning towards not wanting to be alive anymore, I was going through a very though time ( I went over this already most of you know I have been struggling with depression ever since I was a kid). I am not going through all the details as this is not about my struggles with mental health but rather the help we can get if we are struggling.

When I was first prescribed anti-depression I was very skeptical about it especially I had just watch part of the movie "side effects" and the beginning of that movie creeped me out. I didn't finish the movie, and I told my doctor about the movie and he had also seen it so he advised me to finish watching it to then make a decision. So I did finish watching the movie and the ending had nothing to do with the medication but it did confirmed if someone doesn't need mental health medication but they end up taking it they might turn into a zombie lol well not a literal zombie but acting like one because the brain was fine to begin with so messing up with the serotonin levels in your brain can be beneficial or detrimental.

Being On a SSRI has changed my life tremendously because the serotonin levels in my brain were unbalanced ever since I was a kid. I have always been sad, I would cry for no reason and just plunge into a depressive episode at any given moment. I cannot remember when was the last time I had a depressive episode, yeah I have been sad for 1 day or 2 but deep sadness ? my brain doesn't let me be sad anymore. Being on a SSRI medication is basically telling my brain not to be sad and I couldn't even if I try unless I am getting my period and my hormones are all messed up but otherwise I am well.

Being on a mental health medication is you taking a step forward to get better, you going to therapy is you trying to understand your thoughts and feelings... don't neglect your feelings and emotions because if you do they will all explode in your face and you might not have time to take cover or make it better before it's too much for you to handle.

Let's not forget men get depressed too and that's okay. Men are not always the strong ones, sometimes they need help. Let's not shame them, let's all provide a safe space for the men in our lives to feel safe enough to express themselves ...

Real Madrid vs Liverpool

I didn’t talk about it because I was drained after watching that match, it was boring! Madrid gave a very poor performance and Liverpool played well. If it wasn’t for the goalkeeper courtois the game would have ended 4-0 but courtois saved Madrid so it was only 1-0. Mbappé didn’t play well and so did all of the other players…. Anyways all players have bad days but one thing I noticed is that Mbappé has such a great influence on the team that when he’s down the whole team is down! It shouldn’t be like that he is human he is not always going to play well so that’s when the other players have a chance to shine and hold the team up.

Even during the game today that ended 0-0 Madrid did not play well at all. If we played like that against Barcelona last week we wouldn’t have won. Mbappé seems to be going on a rough patch and that’s ok I’m guessing it’s also has to do with his best friend hakimi being injured at PSG this week ( I will get to that) but the whole team seem to be tired maybe they need a little extra rest day this week because they look and play like they’re tired.

PSG vs Bayern

1-2 with psg losing which was shocking but it is still the beginning of the champions league. But what shocked me the most was how Hakimi got injured ! That tackle was so uncalled for! Hakimi ankle seemed to be dislocated right on the field! He had to leave right after he couldn’t even walk! It was heartbreaking I cried because he got injured on his birthday and he was happy before the game. I don’t celebrate birthdays but he seemed to be in good spirit before the game and to see him leaving crying mid game really broke my heart! Ugh I hate the player who did that to him that player did get a red card for doing that. Hakimi is expected to be out for 4-6 months with an injury this bad he may never be the same player again. I hope not because hakimi is the best right back at psg and for Morocco’s national team, the World Cup is next year ! The Morocco team will need him. I hope he comes back strong and play the same

words to fall in love...

personally I don't fall in love with words, a man can be talking my ears off every night and I wouldn't fall for him (it's happening right now). I have a specific type and it's not even about the physical attributes! it's a personality type. He has to be weird, funny, has communication skills...it's not even so much all of that, his soul has to speak to me and that almost happens once every 5-10 years. It's rare for me to be attracted to someone physically, it's always about personality and emotional combability. But on one of those rare occasion I would actually go feral for a man, it's obvious lol.

Sweet words are like sweet nothing to me, they don't ignite love in me, I watch out for their actions. You cannot charm your way into my heart with words, I've heard it all before yet I have been single all my life. I am extremely picky and strict when it comes to love. I'll be damned if I let a man make a fool out of me because I didn't pay enough attention to see all the red flags. I look for stability, is he reliable? can I call him at 2am for an emergency? will he be there? As for me I am extremely loyal and reliable, whatever he needs he can have but would he do the same for me? that will determine my love for him. I love consistency, effort and grand gestures.

how my life has changed

waking up at 4:24 am has changed my life tremendously. I feel like I get so much done during the day when I wake up early to get my workout out of the way before the world wakes up. I can have my afternoon free to hang out with friends or chill. I normally have a lot of energy when I do my workouts early, my concentration is way better in the morning because I make the most of it in the gym, I have no time for distractions because I need to finish my workout and get to work on time. I don't shower at the gym so I have to go back home get ready, feed my cats and head to work. waking up early has made my life simpler, more structured and it has made me more disciplined.
I don't pay attention to what other people are doing. I am my main focus,if I text someone and they don't reply I am not hurt by that anymore because I do that too when I don't feel like talking. It's not the end of the world if someone doesn't answer your text or call you... move on with your life. I believe no one owes me anything, I owe myself the best possible life I can have with very minimal stress. Last time I checked I don't have a man so anyone can choose not to answer my text except him of course lol, I will stop reaching out and move on with my life. People don't normally leave me on seen because I don't reach out to anyone lol unless I have to reach out for something. I talk to the same 3 people everyday and that's it and those people always answer my text or phone calls.

Not to be rude but dating drains me, I hate texting...I hate talking to someone all day on the phone without any real reason. I can talk to my friends all day and that's fine, let it be a man and suddenly I feel drained. I just recently started to hate texting, I tell them that and do you think they would call? nope. I also hate phone calls if we don't have much to talk about. Basically just ask me out to lay the foundation because nothing will start on the phone. Most of the guys I talk to know this which is why I go on dates way more than I talk on the phone with them... now time for me to pick one. Oh boy...

I am back in the gym! I was so excited to work out yesterday morning I couldn't even sleep lol I woke up at 3 am and was waiting for 4:20am to get ready for my work out. The time did change so 3am so it felt like 4am! I had a great workout and today my lower half is soooo sore! especially my hamstrings, quads and my glutes too!

I worked out this morning too because later today I am watching real Madrid play against Liverpool! I cannot wait for that match because last year Liverpool won and Mbappe missed a penalty in that match. It's game time for Madrid to return the favor.

I am also watching PSG play against Bayern tonight, back in the day bayern used to eliminate PSG a lot but I don't think PSG will let them win today.

Three words to describe me: Disciplined, calm, mysterious.

I am not boring, the way that I chose to have fun doesn't always involve spending a lot of money on a outfit and going somewhere to spend even more money. My idea of fun is mostly ordering takeout invite a few friends over, do activities or watch a movie. My connections always go deep because I spend time with my friends in a private setting, it is never shallow. I am not friends with anyone I cannot be myself with or feel at ease with. I am far from boring, if I am boring to someone it's because I don't want them to get to know the real me.

Don't come to me with a lot of emotions, if you're screaming and crying I will try to calm you down not because I want you to calm down but because I am overstimulated and I can't hear a word you're saying unless you're calm down. I don' show a lot of emotions, it's not that I am not capable of being emotional but rather I know how to control my emotions.
